Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 7ze77 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 7ze77 website located at 7ze77.net, including all associated services, products, features, tools, and content offered through that domain (collectively, the "Service").

By creating a 7ze77 account, logging into an existing account, making a deposit, placing a bet, spinning a slot, accessing a live dealer table, or otherwise using any part of the Service, you confirm unequivocally that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

7ze77 may require age verification documentation — including government-issued photo identification such as a national ID card, passport, or driving licence — at any point during your use of the platform, and always before processing the first withdrawal from your account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of pending withdrawals.

Section 3

Account Registration & Security

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) 7ze77 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any other common identifier — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances across the duplicate accounts.

During registration you will be asked to provide a valid mobile number, a username, and a password. You warrant that all information submitted is true, accurate, and current. You are obligated to update your account details if any of this information changes. 7ze77 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account is deemed to have been carried out by you personally, whether or not you authorised it, unless you notify 7ze77 of unauthorised access immediately upon discovery.

7ze77 reserves the right to request additional Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any time for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, and anti-money-laundering compliance. This may include proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the 7ze77 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). No currency conversion is required for Bangladeshi players using local payment methods. 7ze77 supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels:

All deposits must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the name on the sending account does not match the name on your 7ze77 account — are not permitted and will be returned where possible. If a third-party deposit cannot be returned, it may be forfeited pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification. First-time withdrawals require confirmation of your registered mobile number and may require identity documentation as described in Section 3. 7ze77 processes withdrawal requests in the order they are received. Withdrawal requests submitted during periods of high demand or outside banking hours for bank transfer methods may experience additional processing time.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

7ze77 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, live casino cashback, and cricket betting boosts. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any offer-specific terms communicated at the point of the promotion.

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered players aged 18 and above only.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to your bonus wallet and are distinct from real-money funds until wagering requirements are met in full.

Section 6

Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7ze77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

1. Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to defraud 7ze77 or other players through manipulation of games, misrepresentation of identity, use of stolen payment credentials, charge-backs, or any other fraudulent method.
2. Automated Software: Use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, macros, or any automated software to interact with the platform, place bets, spin slots, or make account decisions on your behalf without explicit written permission from 7ze77.
3. Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live dealer games, poker variants, or any other multiplayer format to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other participants.
4. Multiple Account Operation: Creating, accessing, or operating more than one account per player as defined in Section 3 of these Terms.
5. Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers through methods including but not limited to arbitrage, account sharing, coordinated multi-account bonus claiming, or low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to clear bonus requirements.
6. Money Laundering: Using the 7ze77 platform to deposit, layer, or extract funds derived from illegal activities. All suspicious transaction patterns are monitored and reported in accordance with applicable financial crime legislation.
7. Unauthorised Access: Attempting to access 7ze77 systems, databases, or other players' accounts through hacking, social engineering, credential stuffing, or any other unauthorised method.
8. Offensive Conduct: Using abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise offensive language toward 7ze77 staff or other users through any communication channel on the platform including live chat.

7ze77 employs real-time fraud detection and account monitoring systems. Accounts flagged by these systems will be subject to manual review, during which withdrawal processing may be temporarily suspended. Players under review will be notified where it is operationally practical to do so without compromising the integrity of the investigation.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

7ze77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct, or money laundering as described in Section 7.
• At the request of the account holder (voluntary closure).
• Following a self-exclusion request submitted through the Responsible Gaming tools or via live support.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero balance.
• In response to a court order, regulatory directive, or other legal requirement.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms and fraudulent activity is confirmed, the entire balance — including both real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's request or due to inactivity with no breach of Terms, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following successful identity verification.

Players who have voluntarily self-excluded from 7ze77 may not re-register during the exclusion period. Any account created in violation of an active self-exclusion will be closed immediately and any deposits made into such an account will be returned. The self-exclusion period will be reset from the date the violation was detected.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable principles of fairness and transparency.
